I've read most of that before. However, put together like that it is another explaination why W went into Iraq instead of continuing to pursue bin Laden hard enough to capture him quickly. Or is it let bin Laden slip away through cracks.

There is the contradiction though in why did bin Laden stage the attack on Bush's watch instead of Clinton's. It's little nagging questions like this one that seem to pull conspiracy theories apart.
