Did you ever get a written warning at work?

I admit it was a mistake on my part and I took the blame. But I still feel ******* angry and depressed about it. I have been in that company for almost 5 years. The manager who wrote the warning was hired only 6 weeks ago. Do you think he intends to have me fired? And how did you feel when you got a 1st written warning? Now I'm afraid to make mistakes at work for fear of getting a 2nd warning or worse getting fired!

No, i didn't get any notice but one of my staff member was terminated from the office, without listening to him. Don Swift and Associates are the experts who helped him with the termination process. Now he got the new job.
