Translation into Latin needed

The following expression is known to have been a family motto:-

"Arisen from the Ashes" or possibly "Out of the Fire"

Would some kind person be able put these into the Latin form.

Somewhere in the back of my mind the word "crescere" in one tense or another formed part of the expression.
