Thank you providing the link to RCP. It does indeed list 13 states with 165 Electoral Votes as Tossups. There is a button that provides a map with No Tossups. That map shows Clinton at 328 and Trump at 210.
My map, which has a bit of a bias, is 358-180.

Poll: Clinton leads in four key swing states

Hillary Clinton holds significant leads over presidential Donald Trump in four swing states, according to a NBC/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll released Friday morning.

Among registered voters, Clinton is outpacing Trump 44 percent to 37 percent in Florida, 44 to 35 percent in Virginia, 43 to 35 percent in Colorado and 44 to 38 percent in North Carolina.

President Obama won all of these states in 2012 with the exception of North Carolina, which he lost by just over 2 percentage points to Mitt Romney.
In each state, a little over 10 percent say they will back neither candidate.

The new numbers push back on what has appeared to be a Trump surge in the wake of the FBI concluding its investigation into Clinton's private email server.

Separate polls since the probe ended have found Trump with narrow leads in swing states such as Florida and Pennsylvania.

The spread is now 53% - 47% with Clinton's gap closing a lot over the last two weeks. Might be a convention bump for Trump. Two weeks from now, after the Dem convention, will be more telling.
