This is beside the point of the thread, but we live in different world zones and within different work endeavors.

To me, a landscape architect, I did not like to be greeted as hi, Ladies, by the crew. There is often pith in that. I rarely use that word. Things resolved with the crews. Have you lived that?

I also first worked in the medical world. **** was an oft used word, even by my boss who was also a writer.

You are welcome to your views, and I agree I an no Lady.

1. I STRONGlY resent the idea that men and women should have different vocabularies.
2. I never made any claims to being a lady. Female, yes. Woman, yes. But if ladies aren't supposed to used certain words, I'll steer clear.

I used to belong to the school that keeps women in a separate category from men. Then I began to meet some women. Boy did I get educated.

2. My actual beef was more to do with the Title and meaning of this thread. Then all of a sudden F broke it almost into a witch hunt, this seems to be such the norm here. Someone asks politely to hey, let's put a truse and then, someone desides to go off and ignore that.
