If at the moment now, I see a girl is looking at the boy; Should I say" I find a girl is looking at the boy"??, I can't say" I found a girl is looking at the boy" ?!!

If after one hour, I should say" I found the girl is looking at the boy.<----Is it right?

Tai, I wouldn't use "find" because its implication is a formal study of some sort
