I am an ordinary office workers，i would like to learning english and making friends in my spare time。

Wow Win that's a good q as you almost hafta speak to the Yank or Brit. Of course our TV might help

...it sure will help to communicate with friends and family members in English if they speak a very good English and know how to correct mistakes and explain them.
If not it is a real bad idea.
