You should try to communicate with your friends and family members only in English it will help you to improve and increase your confidence level too. You can also have video chat with your friends.

...it sure will help to communicate with friends and family members in English if they speak a very good English and know how to correct mistakes and explain them.
If not it is a real bad idea.
