Moving On

DECIDE that you are going to work to get over this.

FORGIVE everyone involved - AND yourself, because nothing is just one person's fault. You were a partner in all this, so accept that you made errors, too. Maybe you judged this person wrongly, all this time. Maybe you ignored bad character. Perhaps you keep this person in a fantasy world. Get real about the relationship.

GET INVOLVED with activities where there are lots of people around. Take a class, go back to church, get new friends, get a hobby, etc.

LET EVERYONE KNOW you are now single and able to mingle again.
