How would I correctly punctuate this sentence, do I need quotations, undercases, etc.? (and how would I correctly ask this question too, I'm bad at this haha. )

Nin after a lifetime in the field of journ I've long been bothered also by such q's. Immediate reaction: You're version is perfectly okay but wonder in two or three places whether 2 spaces might be required

This style is absolutely fine, however if writing for publication it is best to follow any style guidance provided by the intended recipient.
