"I m surprised you did not just have these delivered"
my problem is "you did not just have these delivered"
can you explain about grammar?
have+past participle is present perfect
above is "have these delivered"
why it comes with didn't

This is not the present perfect. We can use 'have' to talk about things we get others to do for us (often because it is inconvenient, difficult or impossible for us to to do them ourselves). You use forms of the verb 'have' and the past participle of the action. I am going to have my hair cut. I had my car washed/serviced/repaired. I might have my house painted. My sister will have a dress made for her wedding. You can have groceries delivered to your house. A woman I know had her breasts enlarged.

Too many 'to's there. Typing error.

To clarify: You use forms of the verb 'have' and a noun or pronoun and the past participle of the action.

Have my house painted
Have them delivered
Have it removed.

Make a phone call to have a pizza delivered to your home.

You can even use 2 consecutive hads - I was in pain because I had had a tooth removed by my dentist.

No I can't as I hate grammar. However you might have misread the sentence. It means you're confused why instead of me bringing these objects to your door in person you didn't just ask Amazon to deliver in their usual way

Edited to remark that Tes' responses are probably better than mine, as usual
