Ship Date = A period from the time that we receive your order form to the time that we ship the goods which you order?
So Ship Date 35 = Ship Date 35 days?

Min Order = the minimax quantity per time when you order our goods?

L/C at sight = Letter of Credit that a bank would pay at sight of the L/C?

Context:

Advantages urea 46%N
Export Markets Asia Pacific
Pricing USD 162/MT
Payment Details L/C at sight
Min Order 25,000 MT
Ship Date 35

Mostly, Oristar.

'Ship date'-- I think you're right, but it's really abbreviated, isn't it?

'Min order' (25,000 metric tons)-- right again, but the minimum quantity, NOT the maximum.

'L/C at sight' is, I think, that a letter of credit should be issued for the proforma invoice amount, and the seller will ship when they see it.

I don't want to pry into your 'business dealings', but what do you need several million kilograms of a nitrogenous fertilizer for? Put it this way, if you were planning to purchase and export/import large amounts of ammonium nitrate you would attract some 'interest' of a home-land security nature. You may not want the Feds kicking your door down at 2am to ask some questions....
