Canadian Chinese food is so different than American, I'm always surprised.
Why? Because it usually comes frozen?

Since I'm used to Chinese-Chinese food, I'm always startled by the Chinese-American stuff Setanta orders.
Don't be givin' me nuthin' with funky fluorescent orange sauce on it. Nuthin'.

I'm "used" to real chinese food too. Every day I have to put up with the fermented petrified stinkfish the asians at my office heat up in the microwave.
