This male friend had created misunderstandings between me and my best friend about 3 years back
From that time, I choose to ignore him but he constantly messaging me
Finally, I forgave him
& I spoke to him
Now we both are in different cities
and when we share our kiss, he lied to me that that was his first kiss
After some time, he told me that he lied to me
Again we met and spent some quality time
But after that, I felt neglected
What should I do?

It sounds like he does not respect your feelings and is not honest. How can you trust him? I say move on--you deserve better.
