@roger,
First of all, I'd like to know your skin type. Tell me what kind of skin do you have, oily, dry or in between.

@glitterbag,
Leave his cheeks out of it. Though our government has a system of cheeks and balances, Roger seems well-balanced.

@Ragman,
It's important not to be rash when evaluating these matters.

@MyFloridaGreen,
I can't stand that stuff on my skin, but thanks for the suggestion. Actually, I found something that works several years ago.

@roger,
Forearms and ankles skin, I suggest you use natural oils which are best for your skin problem like you can use Coconut oil, Olive Oil, Sunflower seed, oil, Shea butter Oil, Jojoba Oil. These all are mainly used for Dry skin, Smooth and Radiant skin, oily skin, combination skin(Dry & Oily Both). So, I think those are must be useful for your problem.

@roger,
Hey!
If your skin is really dry and itchy then you can go for Massage therapy. Through Massage, the oil will penetrate deeply into your skin. It will totally be absorbed by your skin and give your skin a very moisturized touch. You can use Argon oil, Coconut oil or the olive oil. These oils will make your skin proper moisturized and leave your skin completely nourished.

@roger,
If dry skin has left you with small, itchy areas on your body, an over-the-counter anti-itch cream or ointment containing 1% hydrocortisone may offer some relief. Hydrocortisone is a type of steroid medicine that helps reduce itching, redness, and swelling. If you have extreme itchiness, see a doctor
