JUST WONDERING IF ANYBODY ELSE HERE IN KNOXVILLE TN OR SALEM MO HAS BEEN FORCED BY ANYBODY TO PLAY LOTTERY WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO

I thought you have to be a certain age or over to play lotteries in most places (16 in my country), otherwise the ticket would be technically void. I see this person has a thing about Episcopalians doing lottery.

Maybe "Lottery" is some code word for some type of abuse.
Like "winning" a child in some sort of sex lottery.
