I have been trying to identify this everywhere:

Anyone have any ideas?
I think its a cipher, the dude wont tell me.
If it is a cipher, it is a cipher of a bunch of palindromes, since almost every line is a mirror image (the gentleman's spine being the dividing line). The only exceptions appear to be single characters that look like "R" without the left-most downstroke and ones that are like \ (backslashes -- perhaps a pun?).
It's possible that this is, indeed, a series of palindromes, in which case it should be fairly easy to crack the cipher. For a method to use in breaking the code, take a look at Edgar Allan Poe's "The Gold Bug." Or it could be that only the left side is the cipher (the right side being merely a mirror image of the text).
no luck, bumping to see if anyone else has any idea what this is
Including the bilateral symmetry, I counted 24 symbols. This may simply the the alphabet (English) rendered in different symbols. You probably should check that count, my count could be wrong.
