are this sentences correct?

Ms. anna gold ring retail dealer from the uk.
ROB Co with Ms. anna conclude sell contract 4 gold ring about $1 million conditions below:
ROB Co are guarantee all gold ring are genuine.
Buyer pays costs secure transportation and tax, so ROB Co no obligation.
ROB Co responsible for loss pays if gold ring are fake.
Excluded from this limited guarantee are gold ring damage by transportation, stolen and end consumer.
This contract is based on Ministry of economic - india gold market guideline.
