As I am unfamiliar with the subject matter I do not think I can adequately comment on these examples. Sorry!

I can try but I don't know how much help it will be. After all, OristarA has asked how clear the sentences are and they are not at all clear to me.

But if you insist...

1)I am assuming that "national urban housing construction" refers to a government initiative or similar. If so then it is usual to begin the words with capital letters so it would read "pilot community of the National Urban Housing Construction", also a descriptive word is needed at the end to clarify the nature of this initiative, something like 'program' or 'commission'.

2)I have no idea what "the national property management" may be, but if it is another government operation it also requires capital letters. The word 'residence' seems to me to be superfluous.

3)This one seems fine, though once again I am not absolutely sure as to what it is about.

4)"the successful developmental example of Chinese real estate"

My pleasure.
