Is it possible to transfer existing material to the Book Editor and how can I use the program to achieve this? Can I add more written work and photos to it or should I complete my book and transfer the entire work at one time.
I have 61 pages written so far.
Regards

@clancam,
Transfer material from where? Works? WordPerfect? An earlier version of Word? Scrivener? The web?

@jespah,
Hi Jespah, thanks for your reply.
I've written a family history book of 106 pages using word 2010 and now want to create an index. In my narrative I've written names such as John SMITH and others throughout my book.
Now trying to create an index showing names in the index as SMITH, John for example. Have been following prompts in the ribbon on word 2010 but cannot find anything to help switch the names around for use in the index.
Thanks for your interest
