How to manage stress at work

my job has been very stressful lately, may I ask how you all manage stress at work?

@Loh Jane,

take some time off if you can, even if it's just for a few hours.

go out to lunch, or go for a walk outside.

get up from your chair at least once an hour.

if you feel like you are over worked, discuss it with your supervisor...

Then of course there's kava kava, ginseng, 5-htp, St John's wort, etc. Go Google, there must be a dozen safe, inexpensive otc's

My supervisor is the person who has stressed me.Yes,I am practicing meditation nowadays.

@Loh Jane,
I was a fan of walking for my lunch hours - we had a crowded design studio, busy busy, and I liked a getaway, plus I liked walking neighborhoods. I often worked hours past 8 to 6, so if I wanted a longer walk, I took it. No problem with the head guy.
