can i get ptsb from seeing a dead stranger? Horrible experience

3 years ago when I was 13 I saw a dead men, he jumped from a bridge and was laying in the mud below. In the moment I saw him I where in deep shock and just afraid. Now with 15 I still think about this moment when I see bridges.. My breathing rate increases and I sweat. So could I have ptsb from just seeing a dead stranger?

Possibly you could suffer PTSD from such an experience. Better you seek professional help from your doctor than try to deal with it yourself alone.

I would not know I'd you would have ptsb, but it would be quite understandable that you would be upset nd carry this shocking experience with you..best if you could speak with a counselor on this.
