Heh heh, it's official. The Cupcake Shoppe, where we got Sesame St. themed cakes for a tiered display will no longer deal with this client as well, from what Mrs. cav told the owner about the job. Tomorrow, I send out e-mails to two other people who were involved with the job to let them know he's blacklisted, not just by us. I would sincerely not put it past him to badmouth us to them, so I'm covering my bases. Funny thing, I worked with the executive chef of the other catering company he was looking in to some years ago. I think I'll call them as well.
I guess he doesn't know how insular the catering biz is in Toronto.
