It's not a correct usage. Why would anyone place a comma there? It serves no useful purpose.

How about if we changed the sentence a little bit.
It is agreed that Frank, LLC, is authorized to deposit in a bank account all checks received as a result of said cases.

I don';t know what are the 'said cases' but you can be OK with that sentence.

I wouldn't use it (LLC extra comma) as it serves no function that I can see.
The grammar is acceptable.

This isn't "grammar", it's punctuation. I would not put any commas in that sentence.
