Discharged from bankruptcy or discharge from bankruptcy

Hi English teachers,
I am not sure how to use the word "discharge" in a sentence,please help.
Should I say" I have been discharged/discharge from bankruptcy"?

@Loh Jane,
You are using discharge as a verb. So the past participle is correct.

I have been released from prison. I have been driven to work. I have been loved all my life. I have been discharged from bankruptcy

But the Cambridge dictionary says "discharge" can be used as a noun as well.Please visit the webpage by using the above URL.

Yes, it's also a noun.

There is a greenish discharge coming from the wound.
My discharge from the military was delayed.
