How to ask my friend to hang out

How should I ask my friend if she wants to hang out tomorrow? When we were at school (we eat lunch together) she said that we should hang out over Christmas break but I don't know how to ask without me being odd or awkward or pushy. When we hang outside of school it's always been her and our other friend (they hang out a lot) asking Me if I would come over (I have a car). The problem is that I really don't want to hang at my house and I don't know if she is already hanging with our friend which I've only hung out with both of them outside of school but I don't want to be like "hey lets hang out at your house" cause that would be weird I think.
