"Ghosts", Angels, Demons or Both ?

Hi Guys. I need some help really bad. A family member has been having this problem for about 8 months now, and she is so scared. She has been wide awake and seeing and apparition of a person and first he was kind of see through now he is full like a real person. He said is birthday was on April 3rd and his name is Yuri Markovich, she has no idea who that was but the next day we looked it up and saw that he is famous but died, he was Russian, the apparition talks with Russian accent. Telling her she needs to let go so she doesnt stay stagnant and stuff. Of course she has no idea what he is talking about. Telling her to brace herself for something, a pain is coming that he cant't shield her from. Trust in what God says not what he says, it has all been written. A few months later now a smokey kind of figure joins Yuri and Yuri says he is sorry, that he is like in Chinese proverb and thing will all be clear in its right time, not to be decieved by people. The smokey figure even pets her kids head and Yuri says the kid has secrets that need to come out. And Yuri says he is trying to protect her to keep her on the right path. Its the same message everytime she seems him let go do not be fooled. He has now started talking about let go, you cannot save everyone, its those close to your heart that sells tickets to the house of mirros you dwell in and my family member is really scared about all of this. My question is, is Yuri an angel or demon, its hard to decide because he talk about God which makes him seem good, but then the bible says "ghosts" are demon spirits, they dead know nothing nor can they come back, and some of the things he says just don't feel right, like let go you can't save everyone and that his faces are the faces of many and that those that live and walk among you do not mean that they were born and those that are gone, do not mean they are dead, what is he ?
