Help me!!
I would like to know what the sentence means....

The weaker yen is being felt even as–lucky break–lower world energy prices cushion the import effect.

@vadych,
A weaker yen will increase the yen price of imports, but the effect will be partially offset by lower energy prices.

Keep in mind that most or all Japanese petroleum is imported.
