There is a sentence "I'm a independent woman who don't need no man"
Im still learning English and I have a question in sentence mentioned before why we use "don't need" after "who" but not "doesn't need"

@Phenchez,
The sentence you quoted is not standard English. It is informal dialect speech. In standard English it would be "I'm an independent woman who doesn't need any man".

@Phenchez,
Or: I'm an independent woman who doesn't need a man.

@Glennn,
Or maybe better yet:

I'm an independent woman who needs no man.
