Could I use presentation, presentation, and controlled? (not presentations, presentations, or monitored)

-Please check his date and time of __ . The grading rubric for marking final year ___ would be in Attachment Three. He would be strictly ___ for time.

Are my sentences natural?

@WBYeats,
Golly I dunno WB, we'd need some more context

It might prove necessary to know for instance if he deploys more than one presentation at a time

I think too "final-year" 'cause it's a compound adj mod

If his time is controlled I might expect cutoff; if monitored, maybe just beeping

@WBYeats,
The last one sounds natural. The first two do not.

Please check the date and time of his presentation.

The grading rubric for marking final year presentations would be in Attachment Three.
