[help] How to answer 'I love you' ?

when I watching TV i confused the sentence below

Scene:a couple talking to each other

A :I love you.

B :You too.

I wondered why B not answer 'me too' instead of ' you too'?
does 'Me too' means' I love you too'?

In the case of "you too", you is the direct object.

If you were to say "me too", you'd be saying "I love me too". Very Happy

What if someone says : I should out of your home.

Supposed I wanna go with him,how can i say?

in the first question - i love you too - it is obviously an informal situation so a whole sentence isn't necessary

your sentence above doesn't make sense - do you mean I am leaving your home? I should leave your home? I should get out of your home?

in which case you could reply 'I will come too' or 'I'll come too'
