im a 27 year old female who has extremely painful periods. i am always irregular and every time i get my period it is very heavy and painful. i also pms for about 2 weeks before i get my period. with that being said, one of the worst parts of my pms is how painful my breasts are. they become so swollen and sore; my right breast more than my left. i even noticed some lumps around my nipple area and they hurt. has anyone else experienced this?
