Normal Sentence
Our president’s satisfaction was great.

Inversion Sentence (the complement of "great" is emphasized)
Great was our president’s satisfaction.

Following the precedent...

Normal Sentence
Our databases are periodically updated by the system administrator, resulting in the latest data being available.

Inversion Sentence (the complement of "available" is emphasized)
Our databases are periodically updated by the system administrator, resulting in available being the latest data.

Is this sentence grammatically correct and does it emphasize the complement?

This would cause confusion. The inverted order that you demonstrated first is restricted to highly rhetorical contexts, such as headlines, political speeches, etc. It doesn't work in standard text.

No, the final sentence is not correct.

1) Americans don't use this form very often. "Great was our president's satisfaction" sounds pretentious (even for the president). You would never find this in normal use.

2) The correct inversion of the second example would be... "Periodically updated by the system administrator are our databases resulting in the latest data being available."

3) No American speaker would ever say something like this. (With one exception... Yoda from the move "Star Wars" spoke like this, and someone might talk like this as a joke to sound like Yoda). It sounds very odd.
