my 2 yrs old child is bitten by my 4 yrs old puppy and my puppy is not vaccinated , I am worry about my child should I give rabies vaccine ? Please suggest me with a satisfying answer.

Take your dog to vet and let them determine the health of the dog. Meanwhile, if the skin was broken, be sure the wound is cleaned well and bandaged.
Isolate the dog until you have a health report from a vet.
