It's too early (having my first cup of coffee) to watch Christie. Can you give me the gist of it?

Go to minute 7:30 and watch some of the most amazing five minutes ever spoken by a candidate Dem or GOP.

Honestly, I can't really distill it. Its about compassion and empathy, two things I've never considered Christie as being familiar with even as concepts.
