Given your non-standard size, it is probably not a good idea to trust online vendors. You need to try clothes on in-person to be sure they fit - unless you are willing to invest in tailoring for most of your purchases.
If you really want to shop online, I'd recommend using a company in the country you are in as it will be easier to return things.
