You won't find those figures as they are not real figures. Well, at least not in the modern US industry (after the 80s), for 7 years prior to the case you linked the rate was 0.

The Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation tests the actors and actresses every 30 days (by law in CA), and when a case is found it shuts down the US industry. Not a single posive was logged in the previous 4 years. 60-70% is not close these days, but sounds like something that might have been true in the 80's.

PS, I don't think the article you linked mentions it, but that actor did not contract HIV in the US, he got it overseas (in Brazil).
