Abnormal Cr.1.4 - Potential Kidney issues?

During a recent blood work, I was flagged with an abnormal Cr.1.4 and the eGFR was 62. However, my Urinalysis came back normal. I am 43 and my Blood Pressure is controlled by medication for the last 5 years. My doctor says there is nothing to be worried about but will check the Cr. levels in a few weeks. I am freaking out as I observed that I am urinating more than usual lately and the frequency is also increased. I also feel tired and sometimes have minor breathing issues. Wondering if these are any potential symptoms of a kidney malfunction. Please help!

@aj14nathan,
If you are getting this types of problem, you should consult to nearby doctor immediately. I will not waste your time by advising you improper guidance.
