Please, say the name of a book where differences between spoken and written sentence structures have been described elaborately. I don't need a grammar book. I need a book in which it has been shown that how a sentence is formed while speaking, and what will be the another form of this discourse/sentence when it is written. If I wish to describe an incident in front of my friends, I will speak it in such a way, which is different from the way by which I will write that events to describe it. And I want to learn these two different ways.
Please, write the name of such kind of books. If it is possible, please give the download links of that books.
Thanks to everybody.
