Hi, I was on the depo shot for about 2 years. I recently stopped in June, 2015. It has now almost been 6 months... I have not stopped bleeding heavily for this whole time. Does anybody know when the bleeding will stop, or when i'll get regular periods back/ovulate? I'd like to start trying for a baby... It is so frustrating. I've tried herbs, tea, and many other things but nothing works. Any suggestions or advice will help. Thank you

Here's a thought: Why not make an appointment and see your Gynecologist or even your primary care doctor?
It's not like you simply are having a cold or an allergy problem.

We have a few on this site with some medical training, and at least one doc who checks in from time to time. So this is not a good place to get advice for what could be a serious problem.
Medical advice is against this website's terms of service. See your physician immediately, a gynecologist if you can, but a general practitioner if not. That much blood loss is not a good thing.
When making an appointment, explain what you said here so they know your problem needs quick attention. Presuming you got the Depo Provera from a physician's prescription, call that physician's office now.
