I got a new number earlier tonight for my business and text my lady from it. All I said was hey, what's up? And she replied with sorry new number, who is this?
And right after I got this I decided to text her from my original number and said hey are you still up? And she said she was super sleepy and about to sleep.
So she hasn't had a new number is over the year I knew her and I felt like she was about to start a new conversation with a potential stranger or some guy she was hoping that text her.
We have been dating over a year and hang out all the time. And she is also an hour away but only like 3 days a week at school. She has long weekends and her family lives in town.
Should I suspect anything?

She just asked who it was because it was a number that she didn't know. She may have told whoever it might be that she was tired and going to bed also.
