...How can I use these words or what is the appropriate use of them ? in each situation...avenge...revenge..retaliate..

It is kinda confusing what to choose Laughing

Hey, Navigator!

Avenge has two meanings: it can mean 'punish in return for' but it usually means 'punish on behalf of.' So, if Mr. Jaast's parents were killed, Mr. Jaast would avenge (for) their deaths.

Retaliate means return evil for evil. If A hits B, B retaliates by hitting A.

Revenge is an old-fashioned verb, at least here, and it can be used to mean either avenge or retaliate. In fact, it is synonymous with both.
