Gee, I see all kinds of potential here. We could all have permanent bar codes tattooed on our wrists. Might be useful for crossing borders and a great way to pick off undesirables. Oh, wait a sec, I guess something similar was tried once before. Bad connotations. Forget I said anything!

Well, the method does not permit tattooing on the forearm: it contains age instead of date of birth (and this parameter changes each year), and it includes country of residence (that can be changed as well). But as a joke, it is quite nice.
