I have a small red soft bump on my foreskin, it's hard to desifer whether it's a bump or a scratch, it does not sting, itch, or cause any uneasy feeling, I have not had sexual relations in a long time so it's not an STD, What could it be?

Have you seen your doctor about this? Make an appointment and have it examined. It might be just a simple rash but who knows?

There are many common skin irritations. It could be an allergic reaction to your clothes, bed sheets or even an insect bite.
If it doesn't go away a doctor's advice is always best.
