I don't know one way or the other. I don't doubt that we are providing Guido intelligence information or that we and the European nations are coordinating some public actions with him.

Blowing things up is another matter and very risky. You can be confident that if Maduro had any evidence of such things , or even didn't already know the cause was the result of the inept government management that has characterized their management of PDVSTA for the last decade, he would be proclaiming these accusations very loudly and clearly to the world. The fact that he isn't speaks loudly for the proposition that he already knows the cause and that it is local.
