I noticed this strange growth on my guinea pigs toe, I don't know what it is, nor what to do. I'm really worried.
She seems to be walking fine, so I don't think it's causing any pain or discomfort.
The growth is hard and smooth.

No idea.
You could take her in to see your vet, and see what your vet thinks about it.
