Bagger = Abbreviation for Carpetbagger. Definition"

car·pet·bag·ger
Pronunciation: -"ba-g&r
Function: noun
Etymology: from their carrying all their belongings in carpetbags
1 : a Northerner in the South after the American Civil War usually seeking private gain under the reconstruction governments
2 : OUTSIDER; especially : a nonresident or new resident who meddles in politics

A bagboy is the kid who puts the groceries in your cart. I don't know what a fing is.

Perhaps it means giving you a finger essay.

Fingers don't fing; grocers don't groce. Sorry, probably slang, but I couldn't find it nor put my finger on it.

In that sentence, 'fing' is simply a form of the F-word. Probably pronounced 'eff-ing'.
