The U.S. Postal Service issued a George W. Bush stamp. It soon discovered that the stamps were not sticking to the envelopes, so it established a commission to investigate the matter.
The commission reported the following findings:
1. The stamps met all regulations.
2. Nothing was wrong with the adhesive.
3. People were just spitting on the wrong side.

That was excellent. I really did believe there for a second that somebody had lost their mind and actually issued a GWB stamp - phew!
