best solar/battery setup?

Hi, all,
If you were going to be somewhere with decent amounts of sunshine most of the time, and wanted to be off-grid for 7 -10 days at a time, using power mostly for fridge, attic fans, water pumps, consumer junk (radios, computers, gizmos) and very little AC, what battery setup would give you plenty of capacity?

Deep-cycle, lead-acid batteries are widely used in renewable energy and grid-backup system, and are ideally suited for these applications because of their long, reliable life and low cost of ownership.
