A few years ago I would have found this unbelievable but I have become accustomed to this kind of stupidity in this country.

So,I see the US isnt the only place where stupidity has overruled common sense,by the lawyers and the "stomp on the hankie,take a punk to lunch,touchy-feely crowd.

(Actually - re. "Only in Britain" - I would be glad to live in a country, where there still is the opportunity to appeal to a court's rule. [Which is the rule in the whole EU.])
