"It is the only solution possible."

What does this sentence mean? Does it mean THERE MAY HAVE ANOTHER SOLUTIONS, BUT THEY MAY NOT BE ACHIEVED IN PRACTICE EXCEPT THE ABOVE ONE?

Which type of sentence that is? Please, give some other examples. When this kind of construction is allowed?

Without reading the exegesis, I can only guess it to be a conclusion which may or may not be justified by the argument presented. Hence, it is an opinion.

It is a declarative sentence.

It means that there is only one solution.
