What does this sentence mean? Does it mean THERE MAY HAVE ANOTHER SOLUTIONS, BUT THEY MAY NOT BE ACHIEVED IN PRACTICE EXCEPT THE ABOVE ONE?
Which type of sentence that is? Please, give some other examples. When this kind of construction is allowed?
